These terms govern use of our independent sourcing information and requirement-submission service. The site coordinates procurement inquiries; it does not sell chairs, provide medical advice, certify products or guarantee a supplier.

Scope of coordination

We may organize buyer requirements, contact potential suppliers and compare stated quotation scope. Supplier identity, product facts, capacity, documents, pricing, availability and delivery representations remain the responsibility of the party providing them. The buyer conducts appropriate due diligence and makes every purchase decision.

No product or health warranty

Commercial terms

A sourcing request is not a purchase order. Prices, minimum quantities, samples, testing, packaging, freight, duties, destination charges and timing require written confirmation. Any benefit is subject to stated eligibility review and is not a lowest-price or fixed-discount promise.

Acceptable use

Provide lawful business inquiries and accurate contact information. Do not submit patient records, confidential payment credentials, malicious code or materials you lack authority to share.
