Our role

Full Body Massage Chair Source is an independent sourcing service

We help business buyers turn a full body massage chair request into a structured supplier inquiry and a traceable comparison. Our role is procurement coordination, not chair production, product sales, medical guidance or certification. Product specifications, availability, evidence and commercial terms come from the manufacturer proposing the exact model, and the buyer makes the final selection.

Our name identifies the coordination service, not ownership of a manufacturing site or a promise that any supplier has already passed a buyer’s requirements.

Responsibilities

What enters the sourcing record

Provided

The buyer supplies the intended channel or facility setting, requested mechanism and functions, dimensions or user-fit constraints, electrical destination, quantity by configuration, US location, timing, budget basis and documents needed for review.

Clear acceptance criteria help a supplier answer what is required rather than promote unrelated features.

Open

Unknown track construction, controller behavior, recline clearance, power consumption, upholstery, accessories, carton dimensions, assembly scope and warranty terms remain questions. We do not replace missing values with specifications from a public reference.

An alternative stays separate until the buyer explicitly accepts it.

Commercial

We ask for minimum order quantity, sample cost, production or dispatch assumption, unit price, currency, packaging basis, freight scope, exclusions and quotation validity. Comparison uses the same piece count and destination basis wherever the replies allow.

A supplier’s high-end, mid-range or budget position is treated as the buyer’s preference, not our verified rating.

Documents

Requested manuals, labels, electrical information, assembly instructions, test reports or certificates must identify the exact offered product and responsible manufacturer. A document for a similar chair can inform questions but cannot be represented as evidence for the quote.

Specialist review may still be necessary before import, placement, resale or claims approval.

Decision record

Four evidence states keep ownership clear

Buyer-provided

Requirements, target budget, destination and approval rules are marked as buyer inputs. When they change, the comparison revision changes as well.

Public reference

Third-party product information is used only to formulate specification questions. It is not a supplier endorsement or evidence of stock, authorization, performance or suitability.

Supplier-confirmed

Model, configuration, inclusions, documents and quotation scope are attributed to the responding supplier and remain subject to verification.

Buyer-approved

The buyer records accepted specifications, evidence gaps, commercial terms and the selected counterparty. We do not make that approval automatically.

Limits are part of the work

A structured comparison cannot establish clinical benefit, ergonomic suitability for every user, regulatory acceptance, electrical conformity, factory capacity or delivery performance by itself. It also cannot guarantee a lower landed cost. Its value is narrower and practical: it exposes mismatched scope, assigns unanswered questions and helps a business buyer request revision-controlled answers before commitment.

Share the chair configuration, pieces, US destination, timing and document questions. We coordinate supplier responses independently; you retain final technical, compliance and commercial approval.
