Order Brief

Massage full body chair requirements that suppliers can quote consistently

Use this compact brief to lock the requested product, quantity, destination, evidence and approval questions before supplier contact. Blank fields stay open; a public chair reference never becomes an unverified product fact.

Budget basis

State currency and whether the range applies per chair or to the whole order. Include or exclude samples, testing, packaging, freight and destination charges explicitly.

Supplier preference

High-end, mid-range, budget or undecided describes the buyer’s desired cost, finish, customization and service trade-off. It is not a rating we have verified.

Approval owner

Name the team responsible for technical, compliance, electrical, claim, commercial and final supplier decisions. Sourcing coordination does not replace those approvals.

Decision trail

Label each statement by evidence layer

Evidence layerStatusOwnerHow it is used

Public referenceQuestion source onlyPublisherHelps identify attributes; does not prove the offered chair

Comparison trade-offs to record

A feature-rich chair may add controller, accessory, service and packing complexity. A simpler model may reduce configuration choices but still require exact electrical, fit, assembly and documentation review. A lower quoted unit price may exclude a controller option, sample expense, spare parts, testing, freight or destination charges. Keep these differences visible; do not convert them into an unsupported discount claim.

This brief also has limits. It cannot confirm clinical outcomes, universal ergonomic fit, certification acceptance, ongoing capacity, future parts supply or delivery performance. Those points require evidence from the responsible supplier and review by the buyer or an appropriate professional.

We can coordinate

Brief cleanup, supplier contact, line-by-line response organization, sample and document questions, and total-scope comparison using the same quantity and destination basis.

You confirm

Final specification, chair suitability, evidence acceptance, budget, legal or regulatory needs, supplier due diligence and purchase approval.
